Waste clearance. Removing rubbish needs a carrier licence, which is a different business with different obligations.
Pianos. They need specialist equipment and cover. There is a Nottinghamshire firm that does this properly and we would rather refer you than attempt it.

If you are not sure, describe the load rather than guessing at the label. Three things decide it: how much there is, what floor it is on, and whether there is a lift. The same one-bedroom flat is a man-and-van job on the ground floor in Beeston and a properly crewed move on the third floor of a Lace Market conversion, because it is four times the carrying.
